Is the pain in your tendon or heel? If it is in your heel it may be
plantar faschitis. (I know... I mis-spelled that terribly, but at least
I can pronounce it now) This can be very difficult to get rid of. There
are wraps, golf balls, and night splints just to name a few treatments.
