I bought a Specialized Roubaix 27.

The wheelset is "Alex ALX-290" and I did not find any information about

Probably a one-off product made for Specialized. Could be just a rebadge
of another product Alex Rims already produces. For specific details
you'd probably have to ask either Specialized or Alex Rims.
