Didn't have a good feeling about this fryer since it appeared on market
last year but kinda was hopeing.
Guess I'll just buy the traditional non electric deep fryer for out
doors and try deep fried turkey this summer for first time. Even my mom
wasn't to thrill when I told her about this electric counter top model.

Your backyard is a lot safer place to deal with propane fuel and hot
cooking oil as you fry the turkey...ask anyone who has actually eaten
fried turkey alongside traditional oven roasted turkey...the fried
turkey is "juicyer"..."not dry"..."more moist"...and depending on the
marinade you inject "into the meat-not just under the skin"...much
more flavorful!Regards,
