Some people recommended RaceVogs (which I can't find at all). I also
noticed Exustar Stelvio shoes, though right now I can only find
websites with them for sale in Britain.

Looking at a photo of the one you mentioned above, I'm thinking the
shoes that law enforcement officers use on bike patrol might work - a
plain black shoe, compatable with platform pedals or spd, walkable,
shinable.

I know is post is ancient but those Exustar shoes are at www.qcycle.com and they are called SRT707.
