    Actually, lipids are about the last thing you find in supplements if
    you read their non-medicinal ingredient lists. In dry tablets,
    Sorbitol (dietetically a carbohydrate) and starches are usually the
    leading ingredients; in capsules gelatine and glycerine usually are.
    Read the pro liquid supplement sites though, and they say tablets/
    capsules are mostly ground up oyster shells and the like, and often
    add that all pills do is feed our sewers!

    I've posed the question to two Canadian companies and will be
    interested to find out if they have thought about the issue.
