I would check that the chain is going to fit. I can't say I'm an expert
on these things but if it's quite an old 5 speed cassette, then the
chain for that may be too fat for the rear mech, etc. Or, the chain for
the 105 rear mech may be too thin for the 5 speed cassette.
Having said that, there may not be a problem...
