  1. Dr.Andrew B.Chung I do not know what was the exact peak or maximal
    heart rate before the drop,but I do know that it was over 100% predicted
    maximal heart rate.If a person is 47 yrs old 6 feet tall and weighs 186
    pounds what would peak heart rate before the drop have to be for drop
    in heart rate of 66 beats to be considered normal (and better than all
    <66 beats)?The following questions are about the question that you
    already answered. Dr.Andrew B.Chung you said that cardiolite scan with a
    defect and a normal FDG PET and EKG do not rule old heart attacks (dead
    muscle tissues).I thought that cardiac FDG PET is the best test to look
    for the extent of dead muscle tissues,otherwise why would it be used in
    cardiac viability studies. Do you think resting cardiolte (sestamibi)
    images demostrating a mild reduction in tracer accumulation is better
    test to rule out old heart attacks (dead muscle tissues not blockages)
    than FDG PET images demostrating a disproportionately increased amount
    of FDG tracer accumulation in the same region in comparison to the
    degree of cardiolite (sestamibi)? Are you saying that cardiolite resting
    images are better than cardiac FDG PET images in detecting old cardiac
    dead muscle tissues and please,will you explain what this means and be
    very clear?Thanks
