If it's a steel frame, bending it 5mm is nothing. You won't notice the
difference in mud clearance, either. You could probably get away with
putting one of your 130mm width wheels in while squeezing the stays
together- no "cold-setting" needed. You'd just have to do this every
time the wheel was removed.
On the other hand, if it's particularly precious to you, you should
have the frame completely checked on an alignment table after narrowing
the stays. It probably won't make any difference, except to your
wallet.
I'm with Chalo, though- your wheels would be better off if they were
all widened to 135mm. I've done this on a couple of my bikes (I'm not a
wheel-swapper, though), and at least one wheel survived several years
without needing retruing.
