AFAIK, the only Shimano "compact" double crank ever made was the RX100.....

Uh-uh... RX100 was 130mm BCD (130/74 on the triple). RSX was 110mm BCD.
I've got a box of 110mm BCD chainrings in various tooth counts, but you can't have any. I've been collecting them since 1978.
