I have had a look on the net and found some bikes that may be suitable, once I have produced a short list I will try and track down a dealer near me with stock.

Trek Nav 300E Claud Butler Legend Specialized Expedition
The Navigator is the one I posted about earlier, with the adjustable stem. From the picture I found on the web, the Specialized does also.
Good idea to find a local dealer - a decent bike shop should sell you a bike that fits.
