I went out for a club run this morning; a nice gentle spin over Laurieston Moor and down to Gatehouse for hot chocolate and a scone at Cream of Galloway, Was that hot chocolate made with milk or water ? I always feel spewy if riding after consuming milk,but not cream for some reason...
