I supplement fish, flax, borage, and coconut oils. I'd better not
    be missing anything!

    Grapeseed and Olive oil......

Grapeseed provides antioxidant/phytonutrients, not an essential
fatty acid. Olive oil provides nothing essential that isn't better
provided by fish, flax, and a GLA source like borage.

Grapeseed oil is rich in w-6. Maybe Om has severe w-6 deficiency like
an Asian coast guard we once met. He seemed coconut-oil-diet kind of
slow, you know, that islander kind whose brain cells are filled up
with mead acid. Also bored with all the patrolling of our ship. So he
asked for food and cigarettes. We really took offence ("What, no
vodka?"😉 but gave him among other things a half liter bottle of
sunflower oil. He drank the whole bottle right there. I was
impressed. Our usual coastal acquaintances were expecting to be
greeted with vodka, even on fish factory islands like Shikotan
    (http://artedi.fish.washington.edu/okhotskia/ikip/Results/dbmaps/map/southgrp.htm)
which are predominantly female - and we know that gentle flowers don't
    like strong liquors.
