You look at the full header information of the sender.

That gives you phone numbers and email addresses to contact to get
something done.

You should write a polite email detailing the problem, include the full
header info and the offending message. You'll probably get an automated
reply with a reference number, use that number each time you contact
them. Don't automaticly reply to the email, you have to use the original
address in your first email to them.

A follow-up phone call can also make a big difference.
