I don't have a picture or link because I saw the part at a shop and
didn't buy it (or take a photo).

The standard diameter for handlebars is ~26 mm. However, some bars have
an oversized middle section that is 31.8 mm.

I seem to recall from when I needed one for much the same reason as
Derek (and I have *way* too much **** on my bike) that the shorter
version is the only on the works with a 31.8mm bar.
