I'm looking for some higher quality chocolate to use in baking. Alex suggested the Lindt Excellence 85% bar, which appears to be in my price range. However I'm having a difficult time finding it. I thought Byerly's might carry it, but no such luck. And the Lindt website only lists Target as a retailer, and I know that Target isn't going to carry a high end chocolate. Any suggestions on who might carry this?
If the website lists Target as a retailer, why are you convinced they wouldn't sell it? That just seems silly.
