That's a good point President Eisenhower was making! I think most
Americans appreciate owning the most powerful military on the face of
the earth. Most of the time, American military power is used for good
effect. America needs military power. I think General Eisenhower new
this better than most Americans...he also knew there should be
"limits" to how much American taxpayers should have to pay...that's
why we've got Congress and the President...they continuously oversee
the Military Industrial Complex...otherwise known as America!
