Donovan and TBR are correct to a point, but unfortunately, if you've got bad
bone length-ratios (eg, very long toes and a long foot) and alignment
problems, you're always going to be inefficient.
Those factors -- length ratios, alignment, and a lightweight calf, among
others are what set the elites apart from the rest of us (in efficiency).
