For once, I agree with TC. No, a reasonable person does NOT
want to know how the US food guidelines are determined! (No,
I'm not anti-US - it's just that I know more about their
wheeling & dealing than I do about European equivalents. As
for Canada, they wouldn't dare do anything but follow the US.)
