    FSVO "cycling", generally not including on many bikes with wee wheels
    unless you have particularly droopy bags. It holds no fear for me on
    the Brompton if I've filled up the bag and need more luggage capacity.
    Part of the reason "shopper" bikes have wee wheels, of course...
    Wouldn't work on a Hurricane with underseat steering, mind!
