As as semi regular, I have to agree with you. OTOH, there really isn't
that much to write about if on topic. It's like writing about guns - all
the cartridges you need were invented by 1930. So writers have been
chewing over increasingly smaller chunks of trivia ever since.
I'm hardly a great lifter, but I suspect the same is here. You can
probably find the answer to any question in published works or by a Web
search. The basics of all training is stress then adaption. There, I"ve
said 90% of what you need to know to lift or to do anything.
There are boards I attend where the trolls never get a start because the
regulars don't respond. The culture here didn't follow that so the
trolls have gained enough traction to actually ruin the board. The only
way to kill them is to ignore them - a lesson unlearned by the folks here.
Thus the end of a once decent board.
