Yesterday, one of my neighbors' kids was running on the lawn outside
to get to a ball that he wanted to play with. Suddenly, another kid
saw him and gave him a push which resulted in his falling to the ground.
Does this mean that the kid basically committed an act of terrorism?
    Is he basically a terrorist?

I need your expert opinion on this because if it was basically an act
of terrorism, I'm going to be terrified and won't be able to sleep at
night. So, I'd like to complain to the cops. But, first, I need to
establish it as such because cops don't like prank calls.

I await, with HR=0, for your sage advice.

Did one kid call the other names when he commited this vile act of terrorism?
If so, this qualifies as a hate crime commited during an act of terrorism,
thereby making it a federal offense, with the kid being tried as an adult he
    should get the death penalty.
Lets all thank GWB for this, because without him this lil' turd might have
turned to a life of crime punctuated by DUI arrests, going AWOL from the
service to avoid drug testing, and who knows where that kind of behavuor could
lead him... Yes, I think the death penalty is needed in this case.
