No. But I finally read something practical on AGC. Who'd a thunk it?
Eat prunes. Then have 2 to 3 pieces of bread well soaked in olive oil and
balsamic vinegar. Top it off with a glass or two of wine. Have your
neighbor drop you off 2 miles from home with no toilet paper. If you make
it home without blowing a hole in your shorts, eat more prunes and keep a
litter box handy.
