1) Car Door zone.
2) Filtering (left) past left turning lorries, buses etc.

Other suggestions.
3) Passing too closely, (bus on Thursday was 2 inches from my handle
bars).
4) Similar to motorbikes, not being seen (or not anticipating correctly)
by drivers pulling out or turning across your path.
5) Something about Junctions/Roundabouts.
6) Use of primary position. (Many motorists don't seem to understand
this).

broadsided me the other day a cyclist. I did call him a few other
things at the time.
