    Let me help you. In that well known to you study these levels of risk for
    diabetes and iron were found:

    1. total iron eaten not related to risk of diabetes.

    2. iron from poultry and seafood not related to risk of diabetes.

    3. bloodletting had no effect on risk of diabetes.

    So much for the iron causes all disease idea, what's your next project?

    Phytic acid has been shown to lower .. blood glucose .. levels ..

    You seem to disagree ..

    That means you cannot even understand a simple medical study ..
