    Hail all NG biking gurus.

Anyone got any ideas why i've recently started getting pins & needles in
both hands after about 30 mins riding? I'm using Judy forks, Club Roost
Riser Bar & Spesh BG gloves with the gel insert, and have been for years. My
grips are fairly worn - could this have any effect?

    Cheers

oops, meant to add: When the last time you serviced your fork. And have
you put on any weight over this time period you're talking about?

Serviced them last week, although I've rounded the top cap and have to do it
    all in reverse, from underneath.
And I've lost weight, thanks for asking.

I know my Judys are bottom end ('00 XC 80mm), but I can't afford a
replacement. I have noticed the lack of trail buzz damping though.

Hmmm, as others suggested changing out grips and gloves will be the
least expensive/easiest option. I would start there, if unsuccessful, I
would seriously look at another fork. You can find some very good forks
(a model year or two old) for pretty cheap...when you're ready.

It could be that you're simply a better/faster rider now and need a
better dampened fork because you've out grown the Judy.
