whoever told me about post induction "stall" was absolutely correct.

    starting: 172

    week4: 162

A pause in weight loss during the third or fourth week is extremely common.
Your body is just trying to figure out what you're doing to it. If the pause
continues for more than 4 weeks, you might want to examine your diet more
    closely.

Also, I find that if I eat a lot of meat, it seems my body needs
*considerably* more water to deal with all the protien. It may be possible
that you may be holding some water weight. I found that by limiting my
protien intake to about 100g total per day, and drinking around 4L of water
each day, my weight loss is much more steady.

I'm no expert by any stretch of the imagination, but this is what I have
    experienced.

I've been treating my salad and veggies as the main course, and meat as a
side dish, and only eating a small amount of protien, and a moderate amount
of fats with each meal. I also don't eat till I'm full, but only just
satisfied. It really seems to help me, but, YMMV.

  2. that's good advice hilly. instead of eating a full steak i'm gonna eat half,
and eat more tuna and flounder.
