The experts seem to say that you should be able to deadlift 2/3s of what
you can squat. Are there any ratios for the chest exercises? I am
lifting the same weight on decline and bench press and about 70% of that
weight on the incline press. I have been focusing on my incline press
for a while now because it used to be so weak and I'm wondering when I
should stop. (I don't really have the time to emphasize everything.)

You have that number messed up. Most people can DL more than they can squat.

Check out http://home.comcast.net/~joandbryce/hwgdami.htm for one guy's take
on relative weights on the different lifts.

Most lighter lifters anyway. Heavier lifters often times squat more.

Yeah, if you're talking about a moose in a squat suit.

My buddy Keith, who weighs in the 242-250 range, can squat 530 for a
set of 5 in shorts. His max deadlift in a meet for the past few years
has been 530. He can also triple 405 in the bench in no gear.
