Was riding with Matt downtown when a cop car pulls up. He told us that
bicycles were not allowed on this street and that he was going to give
us a ticket. He explained that since we were half the bike, we could
pay half the ticket, so $25 instead of the usual $50. He laughs and
said he was joking, and that we could keep on riding. Cool cop.
