After caculating the effective wheel size, decided I'd go with the 24"
wheel version.

24"@1.1ratio=26.4" effective wheel size
24"@1.5ratio=36" effective wheel size
28"@1.1ratio=30.8" effective wheel size
28"@1.5ratio=42" effective wheel size

Cool, but still not buying one.
