Great!!!.....I`m 66 years old and just bought an 18 speed solid frame mountain bike and am totally amazed at the difference in performance compared to the bikes i`m used to of years gone by !!!...modern bikes are so much lighter and easier to ride. I spend most time in front of my computer and am sadly out of condition, hence the bike for exercise....i`m loving it!!....
