Both gastric bypass surgery and the 2PD-OMER Approach directly address

But, wouldn't 2PD be "overeating" for some people?

    No.

Not in my experience as a participant in endurance sports.

For instance, I rode my bike 602 miles in April, at an average speed of

15th percentile for weight, based on my age, gender, and height...if my diet
only permitted 2 lbs of food per day, I would probably lose a dangerous
amount of weight, or experience decreased performance on the bike, or both.

Ime, performance in endurance sports increased rather than decreases
after eating the "right" amount. Note how well the Kenyans do in
marathons despite their slight build from eating the "right" amount.

Yes, but exercise can also turn "overeating" into "weight loss", without a
change in the quantity or composition of the food consumed.

    ultimately become overweight."

You will remain in my prayers, dear Jeff whom I love, in Lord Christ's
    holy name.

May you reject your pride and accept Him as your personal Lord and
Savior, someday, so that you too will have eternal life and the

    Here's how:

    http://makeashorterlink.com/?I22222129

Please note that God truly made this special link describing that He is
the great "I am" and that His message is as simple as the number 2 which
is a number between 1 to 9 and reminds us of His 2 commandments, the 2
arms of the cross, the 2nd part of the Trinity, the 2 finger sign of the
Prince of Peace [who remains *V*ictorious over death and satan], and the
2PD-OMER Approach. Let it not ever be written that Christ did not make
His presence known here on Usenet :-)

Also, note that Exodus 16:16 continues to remind us that 16 oz plus 16
oz makes 2 pounds, which is "a certain measure of weight," which is what
    "omer" literally means in Hebrew.

Careful you don't make him mad or he might take his GOD and go home. He
either avoids the issue altogether or he snips away at it, until it
    fits.

His usual approach is to first feign ignorance, then try to change the

    No.

32 ounces of Isocal (as an example of what is typically given for tube

Ime, performance in endurance sports increased rather than decreases
after eating the "right" amount. Note how well the Kenyans do in
marathons despite their slight build from eating the "right" amount.

Two examples of anectdotal evidence, which doesn't mean much in the
    absence
of peer-reviewed research (quite similar to the 2 Pound Diet, in that
    regard).

Actually, there is much peer-reviewed research that support the idea
that optimal physical performance is associated with optimal food
intake. Just as there is much peer-reviewed research that support the
idea that reduced intake (via bariatic surgery) like that which is
achieved via the 2PD-OMER Approach brings about lasting weight loss.

yet there is no peer-reveiwed papers that show that a large portion of
people who start the diet are able to stick to the diet. And, the diet
doesn't include excercise which has been shown to increase the length of
time people live and decrease illness and disability. Excercise is an
important part of a healthy lifestyle.

    yet

    Glad you agree :-)

The way to the truth is straight and narrow:

    http://makeashorterlink.com/?A2642108A

Again, Lord Christ teaches from Matthew 5:

11Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely
say all kinds of evil against you because of me. 12Rejoice and be glad,
because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they
persecuted the prophets who were before you.

You will remain in my prayers, dear neighbor, whom I love, in Lord
    Christ's holy name.

May you reject your pride and accept Him as your personal Lord and
Savior, someday, so that you too will have eternal life and the
fascinating riches of His everlasting kingdom.

    Here's how:

    http://makeashorterlink.com/?I22222129

Enter the 2PD-OMER Approach, which can "cure" metabolic syndrome (MetS)
thereby bringing this thread back on topic in these NGs :-)

His usual approach is to first feign ignorance, then try to change the

I see you have edited my post without indicating that fact.

It seems you are having a visual hallucination.

One quick look will at the history of this thread will show that your
    conclusion is incorrect.

    Observations are not conclusions.

You will remain in my prayers, dear Jeff whom I love, in Lord Christ's
    holy name.

May you reject your pride and accept Him as your personal Lord and
Savior, someday, so that you too will have eternal life and the
fascinating riches of His everlasting kingdom.

    Here's how:

    http://makeashorterlink.com/?I22222129

Enter the 2PD-OMER Approach, which can "cure" metabolic syndrome (MetS)
thereby bringing this thread back on topic in these NGs :-)

Without the Lord, there can only be sadness.

The Lord also asks that you do not bear false witness. The way that you are
editing other people's comments, like mine, is bearing false witness.
