M.D., has asked the Court in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, to dismiss the libel
lawsuit that he filed against Dr. Joseph Mercola, D.O.Here's a debunker speaking up.
The suit was withdrawn and refiled in Illinois (Circuit Court of Cook
County, Illinois, No. 01 L 009026, filed July 30, 2001). It was
settled in April 2003, when Dr Mercola admitted that he had
investigated the statements by Bolen that he had republished on his
site and had found that he could not substantiate them. The settlement
involved a payment of $50,000 to Dr Barrett for legal expenses.
Bad URL..goes to a different case. I search the court records, using
plaintiff and defendant, and did not find it.
