Re: thinking of getting a burley limbo.

I *think* the Canto/Taiko might be a little quicker than a Limbo. I've
heard good things about the Hepcat/Django, and have been favorably
impressed the times I rode them. Would probably remind you somewhat of
your road bike. I bet if you live in a hilly area, you'd be quicker on a
Koosah than a Limbo, but that's just a guess.

If there's any way you could try (in increasing price) a V2, Stratus, Tour
Easy, V2 Formula, or Gold Rush Replica, I think you'd be glad you did. You
might still opt for the Limbo, but you wouldn't wonder about them later.

All of these are long-ish bikes, all have fans who have put on thousands or
10's of thousands of miles on them, and all are capable of pulling BOB's,
taking racks/panniers, and adapt well to fairings (nice in crummy weather).
Disclaimer: I haven't any first hand experience with a GRR or V2 Formula.

I was thinking of those two. the taiko's wheels would never hold up for me. I
need good 32 or better 36 spoke wheels.
I was slower on the koosah and felt more unstable. plus it would run out of
gears pretty fast going a decent speed. Hepcat/Django they look a bit too high
for my legs and arms for long rides. my big old legs would get tired petty fast
up in the air. and I do a lot of stopping and going.

I wanted to try the tour easy but they only had the small frame size. there is
one other place that may have it. but I sure liked the sorter bike though.
