  1. Seven miles is pretty easy for most of the regulars in
    this group. Thats the key point- you have to become
    a regular runner, run 5 days a week, 52 weeks a year
    and seven mile hill run wont be so hard.

    This is 7 miles with 5,000 feet of up not just 7 miles. Find a 22% grade
    and then tell me it's easy. 😉
