Today (tues 5 july 05) local news program 'Calendar' came to do a piece
on the community muni project I've been running for the past few
months.

They weren't too specific about when it'd be broadcast other than it
should go out tommorrow or the day after.

The weather was fairly atrocious- really heavy rain, and, with the kids
on the project being of varying standards of riding, it was a challenge
for a couple of them to be filmed on the trail. The combination of rain
and plastic pedals leading to a few falls.

But they all gave it a go and did really well, also got some good
interviews with them.

Of course a lot depends on the editing, so it'll be interesting to see
what it comes out like.

I'm out working tommorrow evening so I'll be trying to set the video
strategically to hopefully record it, but there's a chance I won't get
to see it- if anyone here catches it please do post a bit about it.

Here's the webpage I put up about the project: -

Well done Dave, glad to see someone out there is still spreading the
word.

Great stuff - let us know how it goes.
