i.e. it's the end of the body of the post. You may consider the body
optional but the only circumstance in which it's valid to send a post
without a body is control messages.

The one that's sitting under my desk. The next one downstream is the
alt.net server, I can't see the post there because it was expired.
However to please your monkey curiosity, I'll repeat the three dots in
