I sold one! I had a 24" Miyata Standard, returned from my nephew who we
bought it for. He moved away and left it behind, so it reverted to us.
But the buyer was too small. Instead, his parents bought a 20" Miyata
Standard we had. This was the raffle prize one by me at the 1999 NUC in
Washington, and was Jacquie's unicycle. If she ever needs one, there are
plenty more where that came from...
But the uni count does not go down. I have added a 29er. This one
started out as a Yuni. Basically this one, with a chrome frame:

I put 150mm cranks on it and Geoff Faraghan and I rode it for one lap
each at the 24 Hours of Adrenaline. These things make great MUnis! You
can't pound on them like you could a smaller wheel with splined axle,
but this wheel is *light* and goes fast! Great for anything but the most
technical of trails!
I have since replaced the Yuni frame and post with custom ones by George
Barnes. It's a beautiful red frame, looking similar to the KH design,
and a chrome seat post with little gussets at the top to make it
stronger. I will use this setup for racing. I am currently experimenting
with crank length. Right now I have a pair of 66.5mm cranks on there,
the shortest ones I've ever seen! I bought these from Daiki Izumeda at
Unicon 11. An interesting novelty on the 29er, but not useful for
anything. I'm going to try a pair of 102s next. I hope to post some
pictures or video clips of the super-short cranks soon.
So the count stays the same, but the Miyata 20" Standard on my list was
replaced with a Yuni/GB4 29er.
Oops, that still leaves the addition of a 24" Miayta Standard. Okay, up
the count by one... :p
