Fact is, I'm full-tilt into endurance-weenie land and really ought not show my face in this group, but I wanted to wave as I sped by.
I've been that way for quite a while, and they haven't chased me away yet (-;
Sounds like you're into some pretty serious training now. I know of a few people in my running club who use tri training as a way to build a solid aerobic base while keeping the injury risk down. Funny how once you start getting less focused on weight goals and more on just getting competitive-fit, you start looking competitive-fit.
Anyway, run along (literally) and clock up some miles on your bike, then stop by and tell us how the race went.

Sure we do; you just keep running away.
It had to be said.
But what's with you, Seth, answering in just one day? You getting faster?
Nah, just reading the newsgroup from the other end.
But did you ever post those signs in your gym? Tax season is over now, you can do it.
