  1. There is a widespread opinion in books, and particularly in this
    group, that it is impossible to get all the nutrients you need from a
    2000 calorie diet. In fact, one poster claimed that 7000 calories a
    day is needed to get the RDA of calcium.

    that will do just that.

    Not that I'd really want to eat it! But, facts are facts.
    Furthermore, it is possible to obtain all the nutrients for which I
    can get numbers with only 1500 calories/day.

  2. The RDA for omega3 that you state in your page is not correct. It is 2g
    to 9g
