I was just wondering something. At the beginning of the race, Manaudou took the lead, and you could see Ziegler trying to come as close as posssible to Manaudou, while Manaudou tried to be as far away as possible.
Was that a tactic from Ziegler to try to catch Manaudou's wave?

It was a great race. I confess to being as surprised as I think was Olivier.
Yeap, that was Zeigler's strategy. Manaudou was trying to deny her the wave by staying as far away as possible. As soon as Zeigler got next to Manaudou and started inching ahead, she moved away.
