depends on where on the beam you place the saddle seat clamp. I've set this
one at 23" but it can be lengthened/shortened.

I'm 6' 2" and the PowerWing is too small for me. I got the Classic Beam
Seat Height Adjuster but it was still too short. I now ride a RoadRocket.
