Did you buy the computer you're typing on?

Well, I will say for Dr. Chung, that I looked back to the very
beginning of his post, here, and it does seem that he's always been
saying this global catastrophe "may" occur. If it does not occur, it's
not like he has definately made a false prediction.

There's no doubt that Jesus attempts to guide every believer in every
thing they say and do in life (1 Cor. 10:31). To claim that everything
you say and do is guided by the Lord, however, seems to imply that you
never fail to discern or follow the Lord in how He leads you, and to
place God's stamp of approval on everything you say and do. For
example, if you claim the Lord is the one who guided you to warn people
about a global earthquake, and then that event does not happen, then
you are claiming the Lord has guided you to an innacurate understanding
of the Bible and how you should apply it, or that He has guided you to
an dramatic, uncertain understanding and application of the Bible,
which He most certainly did not.

At the very least, if this global catastrophe does not occur as
suggested, I would expect an admission that you have failed to discern
how the Lord was leading you to interpret the Bible, and communicate it
to others.

I can be a prophet too based on that. I hereby pronounce that there
might be a terrorist attack by Muslim Fundamentalists on the United
States, within your lifetime. Praise [your god here]!

Now send me some money so I can keep my ministry alive.

I have plenty of doubts. I lean towards taht every believer in Jesus
are deluding themselves.

In a strange way, I agree with you.

Mr Chung has stated he's not interested in making any retractions or
apologies if this blessed event does not occur.

Would suggest you read the Book of Jonah in the OT. It should serve
well to enlighten you provided the LORD allows you to understand it.

Actually, the truth is HIS own side. You would have known this had the

Truth has this effect on the untruthful.

This remains an advisory and not prophecy.

Translation: you see yourself as divine, so any act you do that is
otherwise indistinguishable from other people is elevated because of
your saintliness. Thus, you aren't "buying" a computer, you are
receiveing a gift from "God." Your ability to deceive yourself is jaw
dropping; you aren't deceiving others.

Oh, by the way, I predict something bad might happen to somebody in the
near future. Does that make me a prophet too?

It seems he's just redefined the verb "to own."

That's ok no need to thank me just hurl some more insults instead.
Just like a true Christian who knows no shame. I forgive you your
trespass against me for you know not what you do.

Futher lies will bounce off unnoticed as a I turn my back on Satan's
bringer of prophesies and advisories intended to decieve.

Perhaps, but again God was cunning when he created Jesus, for Jesus
does not have the power to fully defend us from God.

God was very cunning when he created Satan. Satan has a higher moral
standing than God but God makes sure Satan gets only bad press.

This is not a game but a test to separate the wheat from the weeds.

"I am the way, the truth, and the life..." -- LORD Jesus Christ

"Prepare the way for the LORD, make straight paths for HIM." (Matthew
3:3 and Isaiah 40:3)

"Every valley shall be raised up, every mountain and hill made low; the
rough ground shall become level, and the rugged places a plain."
(Isaiah 40:4)

Dear Friend,

Through many days of prayer seeking the LORD's guidance on how to
effectively call out as one of HIS lowly watchmen regarding a "great
earthquake" (Revelation 6:12) that may possibly happen sometime between
now and 7-8 hrs, the above verses which are from both the OT and the NT
came to mind.

This electronic message will be a feeble solitary voice calling out
into the desert that is the Internet ever hopeful that it will be heard
by all so that "the glory of the LORD will be revealed." (Isaiah 40:5)
Please help by conveying this message to everyone you know. It will be
my fervent prayer, in Jesus' most precious and holy name, that all who
understand the essence of this message will be protected from all harm
in this time that may possibly be leading to "the great tribulation"
referenced in the 14th verse of Revelation 7. Please join me in our
collectively praying for GOD's protection, HIS continued mercy and HIS
infinite grace for all those who are blessed by an understanding of
this message.

At 7:00 AM Eastern Standard Time today (03/29/06), an unusual total
solar eclipse will happen in Turkey at 2:00 PM (their time) that will
darken the skies of the ancient cities where the 7 Churches of Christ
reside in the same order as given **twice** in Revelation (1:11 and
then chapters 2 through 3). A parallel solar eclipse apparently
happened on this same day (March 29th) in 70AD, which is the year that
Jerusalem was destroyed. This upcoming total solar eclipse next
Wednesday could very well be the same eclipse that was seen by John in
the prophetic vision given to him by LORD Jesus Christ as described in
the 12th verse of Revelation 6. A "great earthquake" is linked to this
solar eclipse visualized by John as described in Revelation 6:12.

For more details including a link that has descriptions of recent
observed events that may possibly represent the elements in Revelation
6 that precede the "great earthquake" heralded by the 12th verse,
please visit the following online article:

Yeah, I've read Jonah, and know what it means. We'll see who discerns
what the Bible means, and how it should be applied, in about 6 hours
from the time of this post, Lord willing.

GOD's gift of reading comprehension is not the same as HIS gift of a
discerning heart.

It seems you have neither gift.

"Prepare the way for the LORD, make straight paths for HIM." (Matthew
3:3 and Isaiah 40:3)

"Every valley shall be raised up, every mountain and hill made low; the
rough ground shall become level, and the rugged places a plain."

....the hell? Michael was the one that defeated Satan and tossed him
out of heaven according to my sunday school. How can he be a true
christian kook if he doesn't even know the first thing about
christianity?

Ok, so now the time of your "possible" global earthquake has passed.
So is the Lord the one who guided you to say what you did about that
event? Did you discern Bible prophecy correctly? The answer to these
questions is now a confirmed NO.
