The middle ring on my XT FC-M760 integrated BB Hollowtech II crankset was very prone to chainsuck right from new and seemed to wear out very quickly. From what I've read on-line and heard from other riders elsewhere, this appears to be a pretty common problem so I replaced mine with steel 32t 4-bolt middle rings that are made for Deore FC-M480/M440 cranksets. These rings aren't an exact fit on the XT crankset ( the inside edges of the bolt flanges are a bit further out) but the bolt pattern is exactly the same. So far, they've been working out pretty well - the chainsuck has just about gone away completely (I still get some in really gritty conditions).
The rings I mentions are listed in the Quality Bicycle Products catalog as part numbers CR 2998 (silver) or CR3275 (black) and any bike shop that uses QBP as a supplier should be able to order them for you. They're a bit heavier than the XT but are about half the cost. This doesn't bother me at all because my previous experience with steel middle rings show that they outlast alumimum ones substantially.
