What parts should be oiled (pivots?), greased (spring?) How do you apply the oil/grease?

Take a look at this guide , I must say that I have never done such overhaul, but If you think that you need to do it and you can do it then do it.

I do clean my RD with a brush and soapy water, and then clean water until it is visible clean, then I spray my favorite oil to the moving parts and that is it.
