I'd like you know if it's possible to change a rear mech (6 speed) for a beefer mech as the one i have.. i'm going to change
That is if a 7/8 speed mech will work
I'm not sure if all the rear mech's are [font=Times New Roman]universal with the later mtb[/font]

In general there's very little difference between RD's, as long as you stay clear of the rapid-rise version there's a very good chance that it will work.
