Rear Tyre Wear "FAST"

Hi everyone,i am having problems with tyre wear,i seem to be going through a rear tyre (Vittoria Rubino Intrepids) every 2-3 weeks.Im doing 350kms a week and find that these tyres break down very quickly with cuts etc.
Does anyone have a solution or reccomendation for a different tyre???

I just ordered a set of 4-seasons to replace the one on the rear,2050 miles and not a flat. I'm 192 lbs.

Avocet FasGrip SL Road. Nice ride and low Rolling resistance
Continetal UltraGatorSkin. Tougher, heavier, higher rolling resistance.
