Chinese Noodles

Amount Measure Ingredient Preparation Method 1 packet Chinese Fresh Noodles (in same section of
grocery as egg roll wrappers) 3 1/2 tbs sesame oil 3 1/2 tbs dark soy sauce 1 1/2 tsp chinese rice
vinegar 2 tbs sugar 2 tsp kosher salt 1 Chinese hot oil (1 to 1/2) 2 bunches scallions chopped into
thin rings

Prepare the noodles as directed on package. Mix all the remaining ingredients except scallions. Pour
over the noodles and mix well. Add scallions and toss. Refrigerate at least two hours. Serve at room
