REC: lazy bacon and Italian parsley

That's all it is, really. Bacon fried the usual way (well, I use Oscar
Meyer's 'ready cooked') with lots of Italian parsley (aka 'flat parsley')
leaves dropped on top of the bacon for the last few moments of cooking. Just
enough to get the leaves to warmish temperature and some bacon grease on
them.

Very good satisfying combination!

Probably would be good for adding mushrooms, cumin (or something milder),
pinons.... POlenta if you wanted carbs.
