This is what comes of trying to do two things at once like riding your bike and taking a drink. Of
course some folks can actually walk and chew gum at the same time. But why not stop your bike
riding, get off your bike, and then take your drink. This slows you down and takes more time, but it
sure does beat going to the hospital in an ambulance.

Better yet, why not stop bicycling altogether? This would prevent many more accidents, statistics
be damned.
