  1. Had a fridge full of leftovers to challenge my palate.

For lunch: lefotver ramen Salad with some mandarin ornages and almonds
thrown in, and mahi chunked on top.

For dinner: fried rice, made with leftover rice from carry-out Indian
food last week, the veggies that went uneaten with my dip, grilled
portobello chunks, and a tupperware full of waterchestnuts, bamboo
shoots, and baby corn used in a Thai fish curry last week.

Served with leftover white beans that went with pasta but got Asianized
and were a BIG hit......sauteed some red onion and ginger and garlic,
added the tub of cooked white beans to heat throught, drizzled with
sesame oil, and at the end, stirred in about 2 t oif Hosin sauce.

Lunchboxes get wraps made of the remaining grilled veggies, with fruit
    and crackers alongside today.

Dinner looks like it's going to be a thick cheese sauce served over
chunks of leftover cornbread with fried eggs or possibly chunks of HB
eggs (*like creamed eggs, but with lots of cheddar in the szauce) and
    sauteed onions and green chiles.

  2. Leftovers?? My lot were like a plague of locusts and ate everything -
except for a couple of chocolate Easter bunnies. But they did bring
    some great Aussie wine :-)
